ABOUT US
Exploring the Wild Side of Lithuania Together
Operating since 2012, we organise specialised tours focussing on Lithuanian wildlife, both orientated towards birds and wildlife in general. We are joined by birdwatchers and naturalists from all over the world, including both amateurs and professionals, as well as by both hardened birders seeking specific species and by dedicated photographers. Whatever your skill level, whatever your interest in the sphere of the natural world, we will show you the very best of Lithuania.
With the key goal of creating a special experience for our guests while travelling in Lithuania, we specialise in small groups, limiting our tours to 16 people at most. If you prefer to travel alone, we can also organise private tours tailored to your individual needs, with or without guides, throughout the year. For common species and rare species, for birds and for mammals, for wildlife in general, contact us and we promise to guide you to not only the most beautiful corners of Lithuania, but the species you desire.
NATURE CONSERVATION
Paramelis Nature Restoration Fund
In addition to ornithological tourism, we also care deeply about nature conservation. In 2022, together with our German partners travel-to-nature and BirdingTours, we founded the Paramelis Nature Restoration Fund with an aim of preserving the habitats of rare birds, reptiles and plants in southern Lithuania. More than 1,000 hectares are the main focus of the fund we established. As well as being home to 135 different bird species, 30 species of mammals, 30 species of mushrooms and 25 species of mosses, botanists have also found hundreds of species of plants on this territory, some of which are very rare and are included in the Red Data Book of Lithuania.
